Frequently asked questions
A booking is confirmed after the customer accepts the quotation and completes any required supported payment or payment authorisation.
When unforeseen work or materials are discovered, the provider should send a revised quotation for customer approval before additional chargeable work continues, except where urgent action is reasonably necessary to prevent injury or significant damage.
Xoora may use an arrival PIN, OTP or another verification method. Customers should only share the code after the provider reaches the agreed location.
The booking should be cancelled as early as reasonably possible. Any applicable consequences or fees will depend on the stage of the booking and the procedures shown in the platform.
Either party can use the relevant booking to report a problem and, where necessary, submit a formal dispute with supporting information.
